THE EIGHT RULES..

1-perform ablution (wudo: with the intention of repentance)

2-take a bath (gusl) with the intention of repantance):
during the washing you have to recite :
O ALLAH ;I am washing the external parts of my body with the water .May you wash the internal parts of my body wih your holy light (NUR)

3-Perform 2 rekahs of salat ISTIKHARE with the intention of repentance:
If you know how to recite surah KAFIRUN ,do so at the first rekah and SURAH IHKLAS at the second rekah.

4-REPENTANCE : TAUBAH

MY LORD ALLAH ,i regret all the sins i have made .i wish i had not committed those sins. INSAHAALLAH ( with the help of ALLAH) i will not to do it again.

You must to repeat tree times

5-close your eyes and say 25 times ESTAGFIRULLAH( words of repentance meaning ”i beg ALLAH for forgivenes”) reward

6-Recite 8 times surah FATIHA and send the earnings of these to the souls of RESULLULLAH (p.b.w.h.) HZ. MOHAMMED , his family members ,his companions and
to :

a. SJAH NAKSIBENDI (k.s) and sheikh ABDULKADIR GEYLANI (K.S)
b. Sheikh ABDULHALIK-_IL GUJDEVANI (k.s) and IMAM-I RABBANI (K.S)
c. Sheikh MEWLANA KHALID ZULJENAHEYN (K.S) AND Sseyyid ABDULLAH (K.S)
d. Sheikh SEYYI D TAHA (K.s) and Sheikheyyid Sibgatullah el ARVASI (k.s Sheikh)
e. Sheikh Abdurrahman-i Tahi (k.s) and Sheikh Fethullah (k.s)
f. Sheikh Mohammed Diauddin(k.s) and Sheikh Ahmed el Haznevi(k.s)
g. Gavs-ul Azam Seyyid Abdulhakim (k.s) and Sultan Seyyid Muhammed Rashid (k.s)
h. Sultan Seyyid Abdulbaki (kaddassallahu sirruhu aliyye)

7-meditate about your own deatht (rabita about death):
You must visualize yorself as if you are going to die. When the last hour has come , you will see AZRAIL (A.S –angel of death) standing beside the bed and SATAN at your feet.. Satan will be trying to steal yor faith (iman) .Then you will be fully aware that there is no one worth of turning to except ALLAH. Then one will understand that with the fovour of ALLAH and help of the SHEIKH, it is possible to leave this world with faith.After AZRAIL (A.S) has seperated your soul from your body and they will wash your body. Water is used to cleanse the external part of body but water does not wash the sins away .
ALLAH is the only WHO can do that.
Then visualize that they are placing you into your grave. Everybody around the grave is crying. BUt understand taht there is no benefit from anyone except fot the mercy of ALLAH and the help of your SHEIKH. The grave shall be closed and all your friends will go home.You are now all alone. Two angels (MUNKER AND NEKIR) will come to you and ask to you ” WHO IS YOUR GOD, WHAT IS YOUR BOK? WHAT IS YOUR RELIGION? WHO IS YOUR PROPHET? ”
Visualize that you can answer with the help of your sheikh. Therefore one will see the need to turn to ALLAH with all one´s strength and finding the right way in the hands of a moorsheed (spiritual leader ,master) .During this medition you must to close your eyes by saying 25 times ESTAGHFIRULLAH..

8-Connection with Sheikh ( moorsheed rabita)
One must kneel with eyes closed towards the QIBLAH.Before closing your eyes repeat 25 times ESTAGFIRULLAH.
One must visualize the moorsheed sitting in front of him and imagine that between the eyebrows of the moorsheed ,a pure white LIGHT (NUR) is coming towards one`s heart.One must visualize the light expanding and enveloping the whole body .During rabita you can ask your Sheikh for help ( HIMMET)

After meditating in such a manner for al least 15 minutes one can end the meditation.
Later one must sleep on one`s right side and facing the QIBLAH.
After completing the 8 rules mentioned previously –if it is possible. If you have a dream you may report it to sheikh or his representative
